Most training rooms, computer courses and night schools –are dull, stuffy and generally run by a thick dose of apathy. Government funded anything’s encourage the astute to cream the profits by launching bums onto seats without any real concern for the wellbeing of the bums on the seats.

TLR associates was launched by Director, Tina Ramsey in October 2001 as a knee jerk reaction to the way courses seemed to be run and way things could really be if a little care and concern was put into such great schemes.

Historically, Tina specialised in commercial training at one of Boot’s own NVQ centres and thereafter with a local training provider supplying contract management, quality systems, nvq’s and special needs contracts.

In-house departments are sometimes impractical…

Smaller businesses these days may not have the resources for a permanent inhouse department catering for their training, benefiting from development and management. TLR Associates can offer the service requirements to satisfy the commercial, contractual and regulatory needs within these areas.

Tina has written applications for new providers within the Lincolnshire and Rutland areas and these centres are now up and running successfully. They benefit from having these systems to maximise their efficiency and concentrate on the delivery of a first class learning provision.
