Established in Oct 2001 TLR associates was founded by Tina Ramsey (Director). The companys initial goal was to deliver quality management systems to help Government funded training providers and NVQ Centres ensuring they were able to meet the needs of the Adult Learning Inspectorate. Tinas background in training has developed over many years from Commercial training to Provider training. Commercially working as Training manager in Boots the Chemist, creating and delivering training programmes to all staff and managing the NVQ centre within the store. "Within a government-funded training provider, as Operations manager I covered all aspects of contract management, quality and audit performance. Within this remit, special needs training has a dedicated contract in which all aspects of training were covered." - Tina Ramsey Qualifications in Management training, Key skills training and basic skills all help Tinas portfolio enabling her to deliver training to all sectors of the market. Working alongside specialist associates, TLR associates can cater for most training requirements, enhancing and developing those companies. Smaller businesses these days may not have the resources for a permanent in-house department catering for their training, benefiting development and quality management needs. TLR associates can offer the service requirements to satisfy the commercial, contractual and regulatory needs within these areas. Tina has written applications for new providers within the Lincolnshire & Rutland areas and these centres are now up and running. They benefit from having these systems to maximise their efficiency and concentrate on the delivery of first class learning provision. |
